✦ The Plantry Plant Co. ✦
"A plant is a living thing, and it deserves to arrive in your care as healthy as it left ours. We pack every order as though we were sending it to our own windowsill — because, in a sense, we are." — Mr. Phileas Plant
Our Live Arrival Guarantee
Every plant is guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy. If your plant arrives damaged or doesn't survive transit, we'll make it right — here's how it works:
• Inspect on arrival. Unbox your plant the day it arrives.
• Report within 48 hours. If something's wrong, email us at theplantryplantco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a few clear photos of the plant and the packaging.
• We'll make it right. Depending on availability, we'll send a replacement, offer store credit, or issue a refund for the affected plant.
A note on cold and heat: during temperature extremes we include a heat pack and may hold shipment for the safest window. Once a package is in the carrier's hands we can't control transit time, but we'll always help you troubleshoot a stressed plant — most bounce back beautifully with a little patience.
Careful Packaging
Your plant is wrapped to hold its soil and protect its leaves, cushioned for the journey, and shipped in substrate that travels well. We ship early in the week whenever possible so nothing sits in a warehouse over the weekend. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Local Pickup in Liberty, Indiana

• At checkout, choose Local Pickup instead of shipping.
• We'll email you when your plants are ready and arrange a convenient pickup time.
• Prefer to shop in person? Come find The Plantry at the farmers market — follow along on Facebook and Instagram for dates and what we're bringing.
Pickup details and exact location are shared by email once your order is placed.
One of a Kind
Nearly every plant in our shop is a single, individual specimen — the exact plant you see in the photos, grown and cared for in our home. When it's gone, it's gone. If you've been eyeing something, it's wise not to wait.
