The Plantry Plant Co. started the way most good things do — with one plant that became ten, ten that became fifty, and a growing suspicion that this wasn't just a hobby anymore.
I'm Jon, and I run The Plantry from Liberty, Indiana. What began as a personal obsession with rare aroids and unusual tropicals slowly grew into something I wanted to share. Not just the plants themselves, but everything that comes with them — the quiet satisfaction of watching a new leaf unfurl, the meditative rhythm of watering day, and the simple joy of creating a living space that feels like yours.
What We Believe
The Plantry isn't trying to be the biggest plant shop on the internet. We're trying to be the one you trust. Every plant that leaves our greenhouse is one we've personally grown, cared for, and would be proud to keep in our own collection.

We keep our inventory intentional. Every plant is hand-selected, healthy, and shipped with the kind of care you'd want for your own collection. We'd rather send ten perfect plants than a hundred mediocre ones.

Because it does. Every order is carefully packaged with proper insulation, moisture management, and weather-appropriate protection — including heat packs when temperatures call for it. Your plant should arrive looking like it just left the greenhouse.
