🌿 REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with The Plantry Plant Co., LLC (“The Plantry Plant Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We want every plant and product you bring home to thrive. Because live plants are unique and perishable, our refund policy has a few extra care notes to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. GENERAL RETURNS (NON-PLANT ITEMS)
For non-perishable merchandise (e.g., pots, tools, décor, accessories):

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

To start a return, email theplantryplantco@gmail.com with your order number and photos if applicable.

You’re responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. LIVE PLANTS POLICY (“ARRIVE ALIVE GUARANTEE”)
We take pride in shipping healthy, hand-selected plants. Because each plant is a living thing, natural variation is expected.
a. Arrival Window
Please inspect your plants within 24 hours of delivery.
If your plant arrives damaged or dead on arrival (DOA):

Take clear photos of the plant in its original packaging within 24 hours.

Email theplantryplantco@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description.
b. Eligible Remedies
At our discretion, we may:

Send a replacement plant,

Issue store credit, or
-
Provide a refund to the original payment method.
c. Normal Transit Stress
Minor cosmetic imperfections—such as a bent leaf, small soil displacement, or light leaf drop—are normal during transit and do not qualify as damage.
d. Weather Holds
During extreme weather, we may delay shipments or recommend heat/cool packs. If you choose to ship despite a weather hold or decline recommended protection, you accept full risk for temperature damage.
e. Incorrect Address or Uncollected Packages
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, packages left outside after delivery, or those uncollected from carriers.
f. Regional Restrictions
Certain plants may be restricted in your state due to agricultural laws. Orders to restricted destinations will be canceled and refunded.
3. DIGITAL & AI SERVICES
Our digital experiences—including the Plant Quiz and Mr. Phileas Plant AI assistant—are provided as educational and entertainment tools. Because these services are informational and instantly accessible, digital content purchases and consultations are non-refundable.
4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is submitted, we begin preparation quickly. If you need to cancel, contact theplantryplantco@gmail.com immediately. If your order hasn’t been processed, we’ll issue a full refund. Orders already fulfilled or shipped cannot be canceled.
5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your order, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. We’re not responsible for theft or misdelivery after carrier confirmation. We’ll help you file a claim if possible.
