Monstera Deliciosa
Description
✦ The Plantry Plant Co. ✦
"The Monstera Deliciosa needs no introduction — and yet, one never tires of making one. This is the plant that started the houseplant revolution, and it earns its place in every collection, from first to fiftieth." — Mr. Phileas Plant
The Plant
The Monstera Deliciosa — the iconic Swiss Cheese Plant — is nature's own masterpiece of architectural foliage. Its large, glossy leaves develop increasingly dramatic fenestrations and splits as the plant matures, creating living sculpture that transforms any room into a tropical sanctuary.
Native to the rainforests of Central America, this climbing epiphyte is as robust as it is beautiful. Give it a bright corner, a moss pole, and a little attention, and it will reward you with leaves that get bigger and more impressive year after year.
